Ihre Aufgaben:
Operative Projektleitung: Sie übernehmen die operative Leitung für den SAP S/4HANA-Rollout am Standort Linz und verantworten die erfolgreiche Umsetzung des Programms bis zum Go-live in Q1 FY2028. Schnittstellenfunktion: Sie agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen dem lokalen Standort, dem globalen Programmteam, dem Site Steering Committee, den sechs funktionalen Workstreams sowie der Key User Community. Workstream-Management: Sie steuern die sechs funktionalen Workstreams: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Plant Maintenance, Quality und Finance. Ressourcenkoordination: Sie stellen die Verfügbarkeit von SMEs und Key Usern sicher, unterstützen die Backfill-Planung und koordinieren zentrale Rollen in den Bereichen Change Management, Data Migration, Testing und Training. Senior Expert - Business Development - IC Design (al genders)
- Acquisition of R&D projects for IC-Design, focusing on Sensorics, RF and mm-wave communication, radar applications and similar
- Acquisition of industrial partners (with a special focus on Start-ups and SMEs) and non-industrial partners (academic institutions, research centres) partners for innovative IC-Design project collaborations
