You will coordinate the forecast process with the relevant stakeholders, including preparation of the Group forecast (P&L, BS, CF) on the basis of central value drivers and the forecasts of the individual companies You will takeover co-responsibility for our annual budget and mid-term planning process including support in strategic decision-making, collaboration with various departments and presentation to the top management You will conduct analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as planning and commenting as part of management reporting You will provide strategic & operational planning and the derivation & tracking of measures; and you will create, and offer critical scrutiny of, business plans You will undertake further development of management models and controlling processes, especially planning processes You will participate in ad-hoc analyses, evaluations, and the preparation of presentations for decision-makers

Along with internal teams and external partners, you will manage and further develop the Lenzing customer platforms, including the E-Branding Services management You will collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, streamline workflows and enable better utilization of data and analytics to support business decisions You will formulate a digital product strategy in alignment with corporate and business strategy, translating it into a clearly articulated and continuously updated product roadmap You will oversee the Lenzing Traceability Project to increase transparency and traceability across the value chain, leading and coordinating the platform integration project and ensuring the new system captures and is aligned with all necessary Lenzing requirements You will lead, mentor and develop the digital product management team, establishing clear goals, fostering collaboration and supporting team integration and performance You will set and manage budgets for digital projects and branding initiatives, monitoring and optimizing resource allocation based on business needs

Selbstständige Diagnose und Behebung von Betriebsstörungen Durchführung von Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Stillstandsarbeiten im gesamten Anlagenbereich der LAG Reparatur der ausgebauten Teile in der Werkstätte sowie Um-/Neubau kleinerer Werkstücke Erkennen und Aufzeigen von Schwachstellen Sicherheitsbewusstes Arbeiten gemäß Vorgaben des zuständigen Meisters

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
Sicherstellen kontinuierlicher Sicherheitsarbeit (Training, Schulung, Schwerpunktsetzung, etc.) in R&D Unterstützen der Organisation in allen Aspekten der Sicherheitsarbeit (Arbeitsplatzevaluierungen, Sicherheitsunterweisungen, Vorgaben ASchG, etc.) Untersuchen von sicherheitsrelevanten Vorfällen, Ableiten von Maßnahmen und Verfassen von Berichten Erstellen von Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzdokumenten, Anweisungen, Unterweisungen und Schulungsdokumenten Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit den Operations Managern der Pilotanlagen und den Gruppenleitungen der Laborbereiche, sowie mit Local- / Global SHE Betreuen des Sicherheits-und Umweltmanagementsystems
