- Fachliche Verantwortung für die Bereiche Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung sowie Communication der voestalpine group-IT
- Planung und Umsetzung von Potenzialen in der Organisationsentwicklung
- Implementierung der Unternehmensstrategie mit entsprechenden Personal- und Organisationsentwicklungsmaßnahmen
- Leitung von und Mitarbeit in Change-/Transformations-Projekten sowie Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen
- Weiterentwicklung der Ablauforganisation und Unternehmenskultur
- Beratung und Einbindung von relevanten Stakeholdern auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen und Unterstützung bei komplexen Change-Fragestellungen
- Regelmäßige Change-Kommunikation unter der Verwendung von unterschiedlichen Formaten und Tools (z.B. Intranet, Newsletter, Townhalls)
- Design und Moderation von Workshops

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Datenerfassung und -pflege in elektronischen Systemen.
- Erstellung von Bescheinigungen und Zertifikaten in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
- Übertragung von Daten in standardisierte Vorlagen.
- Sicherstellung der Datenqualität durch sorgfältige Prüfung von Dokumenten und Systemen.
- Aktive Mitarbeit im Change-Control-Prozess, insbesondere bei der Dokumentation von Freigaben.
- Koordination von Freigabe-Timelines mit internen Kolleg:innen.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reports und Datenauswertungen.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor/Master degree from University, Technical University (FH Schule) or college in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken), German is a plus
- 7+ years of experience in FMCG industry and/or Technology, with at least 3 years focused on digital transformation in sales and distribution managing high performing teams
- Track record implementing CRM, sales force automation, and/or Distribution Management platforms in FMCG environments
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid understanding of retail execution, distributor management, trade marketing, and field sales dynamics
- Entrepreneurial in solving problems and focused on delivering results
- Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts and strong selling skills to influence various stakeholders

- You are the central contact person for patch management and, together with our sales team for the successful planning and implementation of IT solutions for our control center customers.
- In doing so, you always keep high availability, redundancy, performance and IT security in focus.
- You will plan, coordinate and manage the implementation of patch days in our customers' IT and application landscapes of our customers.
- In an environment ranging from classic servers (Windows and RedHat Linux) to state-of-the-art network and cloud technologies, you will ensure that patch days are carried out in a controlled manner and comply with the regulatory framework.
- Together with the change management team, you will ensure the coordinated planning and implementation of patches and releases.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the formulation of technology strategy in response to spotted disruptive external or internal forces and its operationalization.
- Drive IT Landscape Engineering through proactive and deliberate management of the IT landscape beyond investment planning horizons. This involves operationalizing strategy, identifying drivers for change, and defining architecture directions to address these with stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5 years reliability/operational experience (DevNetOps) running large-scale, highperformance IT data center networks and internet services with focus on media-specific purposes.
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) with focus on IT topics
- Experience with video transport protocols such as RTP, RTMP, SRT, UDP, Zixi, RIST, HLS, NDI and uncompressed video and audio over IP (SMPTE 2110, AES67/DANTE)
