Ihre Aufgaben
- Betreuung der internen Kommunikation, sowie das Employer Branding der voestalpine group-IT
- Mitarbeit im „IT Information und Change Office (ITICO)“, welches konzernweit alle IT bezogenen Change- und Kommunikationsthemen koordiniert und betreut
- Strategische Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Change- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen in komplexen IT-Transformationsprojekten
- Entwicklung passender Kommunikations- und Interventionsmaßnahmen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem ITICO Team, dem Projektmanagement, HR, Betriebsrat und den Führungskräften zur Entwicklung zielgruppenspezifischer Change-Strategien
- Monitoring und Bewertung der Wirksamkeit von Change-Maßnahmen anhand relevanter KPIs
- Analyse von IT-bezogenen Veränderungsbedarfen und der Ressourcenplanung für Kommunikations- und Changebedarfe in Zusammenarbeit mit dem ITICO Teamlead
- Contenterstellung in deutscher und englischer Sprache für unsere Kommunikationskanäle der voestalpine IT (Blog, Newsletter, Unternehmenswebsite, Mitarbeiter:innenmagazin, Intranet, Anleitungen, Onepager, …) sowie Pflege von Texten in diversen Webapplikationen wie z.B.: WordPress, Sharepoint, Microsoft 365 Apps, mailworx etc.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Lead, Manage and Coordinate the further development of the BWT Group's ESG strategy
- You will be the interface in the cooperation with other departments of the BWT Group companies, as well as external partners
- Regular internal reporting according to ESG reporting standards
