Red Bull is looking for a results-oriented professional with a problem-solving mindset, driven by excellence and curiosity, to join our Internal Audit team, based in Austria. You bring the ability to work in cross-functional teams, adapt quickly to new environments, and embrace change. As an Internal Auditor, you will review processes, systems, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and industry standards. You will assess internal controls and risk management strategies, providing guidance for financial accuracy and reliability. Your role will also involve supporting compliance with governance frameworks through independent audit and advisory activities.

RISK AND COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
- Review and improve business processes and systems
- Promote operational efficiency and effectiveness
INTERNAL CONTROLS AND GOVERNANCE
- Evaluate and enhance internal controls
- Support corporate governance and strategic alignment
AUDIT REPORTING AND FOLLOW-UP
- Communicate findings and recommendations
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Result-oriented and hands-on professional with a curious personality and driven by excellence
- 2-5 years of experience, ideally in Internal or External Audit; however, other relevant experience will be considered
- Empathetic with emotional intelligence, critical thinking, able to manage multiple priorities, and shifting deadlines in fast-paced settings
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities; business fluent in English; German or other languages are advantageous
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, solid understanding of financial principles, and affinity for numbers
- Experience in the FMCG industry is advantageous, expertise in other fields that demonstrate transferable skills will be valued

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
