Join our Beverage Procurement team and be part of shaping the way Red Bull products are presented at the Point of Sale around the world.
As a Strategic Procurement Manager specializing in secondary packaging materials, you will play a critical role in safeguarding Red Bull’s brand appearance, ensuring supply chain stability, and optimizing cost structures. Working closely with internal teams—such as Global Innovation, Supply Chain, and Production & Technology—as well as packaging suppliers and co-packers, you will drive strategic sourcing initiatives that have a global impact.

SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
You will foster strong, strategic relationships with packaging suppliers and co-packers. By maintaining close collaboration with all parties involved, you will ensure Red Bull’s brand appearance at the Point of Sale is consistently supported by high-quality, reliable secondary packaging solutions.
STRATEGIC SOURCING AND CONTRACT NEGOTIATION
You will lead the identification and qualification of new strategic suppliers, expanding our supply base with reliable, cost-effective partners. Negotiating favorable pricing, terms, and conditions will be central to your role, ensuring Red Bull benefits from strong, value-driven supplier agreements.
MARKET ANALYSIS AND INNOVATION
Staying ahead of market trends is crucial. You will continuously monitor developments in packaging materials, identifying innovation opportunities and areas where Red Bull can achieve improvements in sustainability, efficiency, and cost. Leveraging this insight, you will drive initiatives that enhance Red Bull’s competitive advantage globally.
PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND RISK MANAGEMENT
Ensuring operational excellence, you will monitor supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs, guaranteeing high service quality and compliance. In parallel, you will proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, safeguarding stability. Additionally, you will track and report on procurement savings and benefits delivered to the organization.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement, preferrable in the beverage industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proven success in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Good knowledge of contract management and supplier relationship management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Proactive, results-driven, and a collaborative team player.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.303,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
