Dein Aufgabenbereich
- Als Quality Engineer sorgst du dafür, dass nur geprüfte Produkte in die Produktion gelangen, verwaltest Prüflose im Wareneingang und erstellst Prüfpläne in SAP
- Du bearbeitest Abweichungen strukturiert: Dabei koordinierst du Non-Conformity-Meldungen, steuerst das Reklamationsmanagement und setzt nachhaltige Lösungen um
- Mit Auswertungen und KPIs machst du Qualität messbar und lieferst dem Team eine fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlage für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen
- Als Key User für SAP-QM und QS-/QM-Trainer teilst du dein Wissen und entwickelst Prüfmittel sowie Prozessabläufe weiter
- Du organisierst die Prüfmittelverwaltung und bringst deine Expertise in die Lehrlingsausbildung ein

DEINE AUFGABEN
- Selbstständige Bauteilprüfung anhand von Prüfplänen (Handmessung, Conturograph, Magnetfeldmessung, etc.)
- Erstellung von Prüfberichten und Kundendokumenten
- Prüfung von Qualitätsdokumenten (Materialzertifikate, Mess- und Prüfberichte von Lieferanten, etc.)
- Erfassung und Dokumentation von Bauteilabweichungen
- Aktive Unterstützung bei Ursachenanalysen
- Abstimmungen mit den Schnittstellen: Produktion, Technik, Quality Engineering
- Weiterbildung in zerstörungsfreien Prüfverfahren (wie z.B. Ultraschall- oder Wirbelstromprüfung)

Deine Aufgaben:
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Integrierten Management Systems (IMS) nach IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO 50001, TISAX
- Vorbereitung, Unterstützung und Nachbereitung von externen und internen Audits sowie Monitoring von Auditmaßnahmen
- Durchführung von internen Audits an unseren Standorten
- Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von IMS-Dokumenten und Prozessen
- Mitarbeit bei der Digitalisierung von Qualitätsmanagement-Prozessen (CAQ – Computer-aided Quality)
- Ansprechperson für Fachbereiche bezüglich IMS, CAQ, Normen und Kundenanforderungen

Your Responsibilities:
Core Development: Design and program embedded software using C/C++ for state-of-the-art microcontrollers (e.g., ARM, STM32, ESP32). Real-Time Systems: Implementation of sophisticated real-time applications using RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS). Connectivity & Protocols: Implement and optimize communication protocols (MQTT, Modbus, CAN, I2C, SPI) and integrate wireless standards such as Bluetooth, ZigBee, LoRa, or Wi-Fi. Hardware-Near Coding: Develop drivers for peripheral devices and perform low-level debugging and error analysis directly on the hardware. Documentation: Create technical specifications, developer documentation, and comprehensive test concepts to ensure high-quality releases.

- Provide mentorship, scientific guidance, and supervision of researchers.
- Corporate and profit responsibility.
- Initiate and oversee collaborative projects with academia and industry.
- Expand the research unit’s international network through partnership acquisition and ongoing network activities.
- Shape the research program of the Research Unit, creating project portfolios together with the division head.
- Grow the research unit towards research excellence and economic impact.
- Create a motivated, collaborative, and relaxed atmosphere for scientists to thrive in.
