CATEGORY MANAGEMENT FUNDAMENTALS
You’ll support Global Category Managers by turning insights into actions for customer and country projects—this includes analyzing data, preparing for top-to-top meetings, and implementing Red Bull’s category management process. You’ll create and deliver presentations that highlight key category insights and strategies, while also sharing insights materials with sales team members across the organization. In this role, you’ll build and maintain industry-leading Category Development Resources and develop impactful Conceptual Selling Stories to drive retail changes.
TRAINING
You’ll work with Global Category Managers and country Trade Marketing teams to further develop and refine Red Bull’s globally leading Category Management training programs. You’ll support the Global Category Manager in refining, developing, and implementing training initiatives, while also collaborating with country teams to coordinate timing, setup, and enrolment. In addition, you’ll support and co-lead both CatMan Lite training and Space Planning training sessions.
SPACE PLANNING
You’ll support Global Category Managers in maintaining and updating all internal space planning content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across markets. As a power user of JDA space planning, you’ll also support country teams in developing best-in-class planogramming solutions.
CONCEPTUAL SELLING
You’ll work with the Global Category Managers to further develop and refine conceptual selling capabilities, while also leading the process of updating case studies and training material. In this role, you’ll become a global expert in storytelling with data and visualization, and you’ll coordinate and share best practices across markets worldwide.
COMMUNICATION
You’ll champion knowledge sharing by creating an environment where best practices and category updates are openly exchanged. You’ll lead the communications framework for the team, ensuring that all platforms provide up-to-date and relevant content. Additionally, you’ll work with key stakeholders to coordinate the quarterly Global Trade Marketing community meeting.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English
- Strong in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis; knowledge of POS data (Nielsen, Circana) required; planogram software is a plus
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights with strategic, solution-oriented thinking
- Excellent project management, organization, and planning skills
- Strong presentation, training, and interpersonal skills to engage peers, sales teams, and senior management
Travel 20-30%
