You will act as a key technical contact for filament customers globally, providing technical support for filament customers in current and future applications. You will also provide technical support in product and application innovation processes, as well as quality management (QM) improvements, collaborating with technology, operations, logistics, QM, and technical customer service (TCS). You will execute the TCS part in claim/complaint management processes – performing, coordinating and communicating according to technical investigations.
