Die Rolle
- Erste Berufserfahrung im digitalen Marketing, idealerweise im Marken- oder Agenturumfeld.
- Erfahrung im Kampagnenmanagement und im Umgang mit Paid Media Plattformen (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Analytisches Denken, Freude an datengetriebenem Arbeiten und ein gutes Verständnis für digitale KPIs.
- Erfahrung mit Content-Management-Systemen (Storyblok-Kenntnisse von Vorteil).
- Grundkenntnisse in SEO und Website-Content-Optimierung.
- Erste Erfahrung im E-Commerce-Umfeld oder Interesse an Themen rund um Webshop & Conversion Optimierung.
- Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (Bloomreach von Vorteil).
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und Teamgeist.
- Begeisterung für Wintersport, insbesondere Skifahren

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years’ experience in media monitoring, sponsorship analysis, or related fields (agency background preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure and interpret data (ETL) into actionable insights.
- Proven experience sourcing and evaluating earned media and monitoring data, with expertise in managing external suppliers or outsourced teams.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, native reporting dashboards).
- Basic understanding of Python and motivation to grow technical skills.
- Team-player mentality, proactive, adaptable, and curious, with a passion for sports, culture, and data storytelling.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- A minimum of 2-3 years working experience as a business analyst or in an insights position, Trade Marketing or Field Sales , preferably in the FMCG industry
- University Degree in Business/Commerce, technology or other related disciplines
- Experience managing external partners or agencies, with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), with functional awareness of BI and analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly and effectively
- Team-oriented, well-organized, self-driven, and flexible, with the ability to work cross-culturally and collaborate effectively with international sales teams and diverse internal and external stakeholders
