Deine Aufgaben
- Du bringst Erfahrung aus Bankprozessen mit und kennst dich im SAP-Umfeld – insbesondere rund um FPSL – bestens aus.
- Du erfasst, ermittelst und analysierst Kundenanforderungen entlang der Prozesskette - von Banksystemen über FPSL bis hin in das Datawarehouse.
- Du implementierst und wartest FPSL-Lösungen als integralen Bestandteil im Rechnungswesen.
- Du unterstützt den Applikationssupport bei komplexeren Fragestellungen (Third-Level) und ermöglichst dadurch die Einhaltung der mit den Kund:innen vereinbarten Service Levels.
- Du hilfst aktiv beim Aufbau unseres SAP Competence Centers mit, optimierst die von dir betreuten Module und hast dabei Qualität und Stabilität stets im Blick.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 7+ years of professional experience in a procurement, SAP ARIBA/ SAP MM key user or consultant role
- Depth knowledge of SAP ARIBA/ SAP MM or similar procure to pay solutions and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in the field of procurement
- Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts
- Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs
- System affinity, conceptual strength and holistic view
- Strong analytical skills, solution- and process oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative and collaborative, team player, able to work under pressure and self-dependently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- End to End Operations know-how, FMCG environment preferred

- Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts
- Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs

- Fluent in English, German beneficial but not mandatory

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with focus on supply chain management or logistics
- Fluent in English, German is considered as a plus
- 3+ years of professional experience in the field of (production) planning, supply chain management, or logistics.
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA, planning systems preferably SAP IBP and master data systems (SAP MDG-M) is advantageous.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- +5 years working experience in a FP&A position
- Knowledge of business process analysis and proven track record in business process improvement initiatives
- Solid controlling/accounting background and a good understanding of processes in Finance are essential.
- Experience in working with global planning solutions [e.g. SAP BW Integrated Planning, Oracle Hyperion Planning, etc.] is beneficial.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Ability to understand complex system correlations, quickly identify and analyze solution delivery risks & impacts as well as define alternatives & prioritizations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business & technical teams as well as global stakeholders
- Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions.
- Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of English, working knowledge of German is a plus, but not a requirement.
