RESPONSIBILITIES
- A technical education background (e.g., HTL, University of Applied Science, or College).
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical production environment.
- Strong IT knowledge, including proficiency in Office applications and ERP systems.
- Experience with root cause analysis and 8D reports is an advantage.
- A structured and detail-oriented work approach, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

- 5+ years' experience in the podcast industry.
- Production experience on successful podcast/vodcast production
- Strategy and Benchmarking, identifying trends and scoping out opportunities in the audio landscape.
- Able to support and provide consultation to local markets and all entities on their audio needs and ambitions.
- Have a good network within the audio space, including production companies, networks, marketing & PR, hosts, and platforms. Ability to foster and build relationships.
- Ability to represent audio and consult in the area to the wider business (e.g. partnerships, advertising, branding, platforms, distribution).

- Lead a diverse team of 8–10 scientists within the Embedded Artificial Intelligence group of the Intelligent Wireless Systems Division, focusing on machine learning and signal processing across various domains and applications.

- Leading and developing the Embedded Artificial Intelligence research unit in the Intelligent Wireless Systems Division with currently 14 scientists focusing on machine learning, signal processing and neural network VLSI accelerators for a wide range of domains and applications.
- Vision for long-term research opportunities in electronic systems and miniaturization of machine learning and signal processing algorithms into hardware.
- Shaping the division research program and project portfolio together with supervisors and peers.
- Collaborate with the diverse team of experts to find optimal solutions.
- Budget and ressource planning and control for the research unit.
- Overall, lead the research unit to generate high quality research outputs, scientific excellence and economic impact. Keep growing the research unit.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5 years reliability/operational experience (DevNetOps) running large-scale, highperformance IT data center networks and internet services with focus on media-specific purposes.
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) with focus on IT topics
- Experience with video transport protocols such as RTP, RTMP, SRT, UDP, Zixi, RIST, HLS, NDI and uncompressed video and audio over IP (SMPTE 2110, AES67/DANTE)
- Proficient understanding of networking principles (switching, routing, multicast, overlay architectures like. MPLS, VXLAN EVPN and application protocol, especially TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, TLS, and HTTP/S)
- Professional network engineering experience with hybrid network architectures connecting on-premises data centers and IaaS/public cloud services.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required.

- 5+ years of experience, prefferably within the fashion industry, of publishing content to major brand social media channels, optimizing social content, and a passion for telling strong and authentic stories.
- Strong ability to critically analyze social media, digital products, video consumption patterns, and social media platform algorithms.
- Experience in video production/editing, editorial work, design, and photography.
- Detailed understanding and awareness of social platform trends, content formats, and language, with an investigative mindset that continually evaluates the changing environment.
- Experience in working with external agencies and partners such as content creators etc.
- Well-organized team player with a self-starter mentality and the ability to communicate efficiently and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment.
