Du entwickelst unsere Service-Desk-Prozesse (ITSM) weiter - strategisch, anwenderfreundlich, zukunftsorientiert. - Du steuerst IT-Projekte.
Neue Services, Einschulungen, Projektkoordination - du sorgst für eine reibungslose Umsetzung.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5 years reliability/operational experience (DevNetOps) running large-scale, highperformance IT data center networks and internet services with focus on media-specific purposes.
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) with focus on IT topics
- Experience with video transport protocols such as RTP, RTMP, SRT, UDP, Zixi, RIST, HLS, NDI and uncompressed video and audio over IP (SMPTE 2110, AES67/DANTE)
- Proficient understanding of networking principles (switching, routing, multicast, overlay architectures like. MPLS, VXLAN EVPN and application protocol, especially TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, TLS, and HTTP/S)
- Professional network engineering experience with hybrid network architectures connecting on-premises data centers and IaaS/public cloud services.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required.

Aufgaben, die mich erwarten
- aktives Mitwirken bei Einführungen und Weiterentwicklungen von IT Infrastrukturlösungen im Produktionsumfeld unserer hauseigenen Schokoladefabrik (z.B. Windows Server, Monitoring, Printer, Backup)
- Fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Endbenutzerinnen und Endbenutzern (Produktionsleitung der Schokoladefabrik) sowie Betriebs- und Supporteinheiten
- Erstellen und Dokumentieren von detaillierten, funktionalen Spezifikationen auf Grundlage von Geschäftsanforderungen
- laufendes Abstimmen mit relevanten Interessensgruppen (z.B. Schlüsselpersonen aus der Schokoladeproduktion, IT Architekten, IT Service Experten)

- Lead the implementations and rollouts of services across Red Bull and its subsidiaries.
- Coordinate scope, budget, time, quality and external implementation teams/partners.

Die Rolle

- 4+ years of experience in Data Science. Previous experience working as a Machine Learning Expert is a plus
- Masters or Doctorate in relevant field, for instance: Mathematics, Statistics, Science (including data, behavioural, social, econ, ...)
