Your territory
As part of our Customer Experience team, you will:
Work in an international company that puts their customers first and wants to provide an outstanding customer service experience
Provide written support to customers globally through email and live chat, utilizing our ticket system
Use your quick thinking and negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize processes when it comes to solving customer requests
Utilize your tech know-how to efficiently address and troubleshoot technical issues
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
2+ years of professional experience in technical customer service, ideally with ticket systems
Strong technical affinity and quick to learn new technologies
Excellent communication skills
Very good English skills (C1 or higher)
Proficiency in German, Italian, French or Spanish is a plus
Valid work permit for Austria

Salary range
Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 34.000 full-time - at Tractive that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
