Your future responsibilities
- Lead a diverse team of 8–10 scientists within the Embedded Artificial Intelligence group of the Intelligent Wireless Systems Division, focusing on machine learning and signal processing across various domains and applications.
- Shape the research agenda and project portfolio in collaboration with team members, peers, and the Head of Research Unit
- Drive innovative solutions through effective team leadership and expert coordination. .
- Manage resource planning and allocation for the research team

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in computer science / similar study or equal practical experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience within an IT department or consulting company
- Hands-on experience in IT project management and in the global roll-out and delivery of business applications
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions or work with external partners
- Understanding of software development and system architecture (data models, integration of systems, programming languages and APIs) is beneficial
- Experience with management, configuration and implementation of SaaS based solutions is valuable
- A good understanding of AI concepts and frameworks to drive applications and foster innovation is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in requirement engineering (user story creation, process modelling, prototyping, …) or business analysis is beneficial
- Proactive working style, excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) paired with performance- and result-orientation

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the implementations and rollouts of services across Red Bull and its subsidiaries.
- Coordinate scope, budget, time, quality and external implementation teams/partners.
- Deliver projects based on Red Bull project management standards and principles. Collaborate closely with external vendors, internal teams such as architects and business partners.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation and test management activities.
- Drive roadmaps and solutions to the company’s benefit.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as product management, UX design, software engineering, computer science or some years of practical experience in this field.
- Solid track record as a Product Manager, ideally in a B2B or B2E environment.
- Experience in Service Design or UX Design is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Effective communicator, explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders, motivating change, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
- Proactive, take ownership, and embrace collaboration with partners across disciplines to deliver great experiences.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
