RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in supply chain or operations planning
- Proven experience with SAP systems; SAP IBP experience is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment

Die Rolle
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Demand & Supply Planning, Produktionsplanung oder in der Logistik/Supply Chain sind von Vorteil aber kein Muss
- Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit SAP (z.B. SAP S/4 HANA, SAP TM, SAP IBP)
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in Excel, um aussagekräftige Analysen aufzubereiten
- Ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

Aufgaben, die mich erwarten
- organisatorisches Abwickeln von Aufgaben im Dienstleister- und Netzwerkmanagement (z.B. Performance Messung, Auswahl von Dienstleistern)
- proaktives Abstimmen und laufendes Zusammenarbeiten mit internen und externen Stakeholdern wie beispielsweise Logistikdienstleistern, Lieferanten und unserer Einkaufsabteilung
- aktives Steuern internationaler Transporte von Asien in die HOFER S/E Länder (Österreich, Italien, Slowenien, Ungarn, Schweiz)
- eigenverantwortliches Vorantreiben von Verbesserungen entlang der Transportkette
- Mitarbeiten an Projekten im Bereich Supply Chain Management (z.B. Efficient Unit Load, Kartonoptimierung, Ladungsträgermanagement etc.)
- laufendes Monitoring sowie kontinuierliches Entwickeln von SCM-Kennzahlen (z.B. Anliefergenauigkeit, Transportschäden und Durchlaufzeiten)

Aufgaben, die mich erwarten
- Evaluieren und Optimieren der Bedarfsplanung von Waren in unseren Distributionszentren und Filialen
- Überprüfen sowie Anpassen von computergenerierten Bestellungen
- Sicherstellen der Produktverfügbarkeit in enger Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen und externen Lieferanten
- enges Zusammenarbeiten und Abstimmen mit relevanten Abteilungen (z.B. Einkauf)

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling/Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Excellent knowledge in English
- Experience in the area of cost-type and cost-unit controlling
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SAP ERP (FI/CO, SD), SAP TM, SAP BI, and Oracle Hyperion is beneficial
- Good command of advanced analytics and data visualization tools (Python, R, PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus
- Analytics mindset, Future vision focus, and passion for working with numbers
- Accuracy, reliability, flexibility, and result orientation
- Proactive, self-motivated, self-reliant and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
