RESPONSIBILITIES

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Selbstständige Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Ausschreibungen und Verhandlungen
- Eigenverantwortliches Entwickeln und Umsetzen von globalen Einkaufsstrategien mit Kosten- und Risikokontrolle für ausgewählte Warengruppen Business Services
- Unterstützen und aktives Mitgestalten des Lenzing Purchase to Pay-Prozesses z.B. durch frühzeitige Einbindung des Einkaufsteams in den Beschaffungsprozess
- Durchführen von Marktanalysen für die betreuten Warengruppen und Ableitung von entsprechenden Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Ermitteln und Umsetzen von Einsparungspotentialen pro Warengruppe sowie korrektes Beschreiben und Verfolgen im Lenzing Initiativen -System
- Funktionales Führen der Teammitglieder in Bezug auf die jeweiligen Warengruppen
- Eigenständiges Generieren und Interpretieren von KPIs zur strategischen und operativen Auswertung von einkaufsrelevanten Themen wie Maverick Buying samt Erstellung von Reports für Präsentationen
