- aktives und selbständiges Analysieren von Supply Chain Prozessen (wie z.B. Beschaffung, interne und externe Transportlogistik und Lagerlogistik)
- Identifizieren und Spezifizieren von Berechnungsanforderungen sowie Erstellen und Interpretieren von Berichten zur Prozessoptimierung
- Modellieren von Daten sowie Auswerten und Interpretieren der Ergebnisse
- selbständiges Aufbereiten von Kennzahlen und Informieren von beteiligten Stellen innerhalb der Supply Chain

- Unterstützen bei der Optimierung von Supply Chain Prozessen (von der Beschaffung über die Lagerlogistik bis hin zur Transportlogistik)
- fachliches Mitarbeiten bei der Umsetzung von Berichtsanforderungen (z.B. Definition, Validierung sowie Visualisierung von Daten)
- aktives Mitwirken bei der Analyse und Definition von Datenquellen
- organisatorisches Unterstützen bei der Abstimmung von Ergebnissen mit internen Abteilungen

AT - Schwertberg
Analytisch: du analysierst Geschäftsanforderungen und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale in Prozessen, Systemen und Strukturen. Lösungsorientiert: du unterstützt bei der Bewertung und Auswahl von Lösungsoptionen unter Berücksichtigung fachlicher und technischer Kriterien. Tiefgreifend: du erhebst und dokumentierst funktionale, nicht-funktionale und Business-Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern und begleitest deren Umsetzung. Kommunikativ: du stehst in engem Austausch mit Entwicklern und Testern und übersetzt geschäftliche Anforderungen in klar strukturierte und testbare Spezifikationen für Entwicklungs-Teams. Umfassend: du monitorst die Rückverfolgbarkeit von Anforderungen über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus hinweg. Optimierend: du unterstützt beim User Acceptance Testing (UAT) und bei der Qualitätssicherung der gelieferten Lösungen. Nachhaltig: Du führst Workshops, Interviews und weitere Techniken zur Anforderungserhebung und -validierung durch. Interaktiv: du stehst in engem Austausch mit Fachbereichen, Business Units, Prozessverantwortlichen, Projektmanagern, Product Ownern, Entwicklungs- und QA-Teams sowie weiteren internen und externen Partnern (Finanz, HR, Logistik, Beratung etc.).

Deine Aufgaben:
- Betreuung des bestehenden ERP-Systems samt angrenzender Systemlandschaft
- Leitung und Koordination von ERP-Projekten, wie Prozessoptimierung, Anpassungen, Neuentwicklungen, Systemtests und Rollouts
- Beratung der Fachabteilungen
- Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern, sowie Anwendersupport
- Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen und Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen zur Optimierung interner ERP-Prozesse
- Kommunikation und Koordination mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
