RESPONSIBILITIES
- A minimum of 2-3 years working experience as a business analyst or in an insights position, Trade Marketing or Field Sales , preferably in the FMCG industry
- University Degree in Business/Commerce, technology or other related disciplines
- Experience managing external partners or agencies, with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), with functional awareness of BI and analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly and effectively
- Team-oriented, well-organized, self-driven, and flexible, with the ability to work cross-culturally and collaborate effectively with international sales teams and diverse internal and external stakeholders

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Auftragsbearbeitung und -abwicklung im Bereich Customer Service
- Erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, Lieferanten, Frächter und Vertriebspartner
- Reporting und operative Unterstützung des Operations Managers
- Bereitstellung von Waren
- Retourwarenmanagement bzw. Packmittelmanagement
- Administrative Tätigkeiten (z.B. Daten-/Systempflege)
