RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Three to five years of professional experience in a comparable role.
- Extensive experience in strategic procurement and supplier management, preferably within the Event sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable terms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in x-functional teams.
- Experienced in working within a fast-paced environment, within a global organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills.
- SAP MM/S4 knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- SAP Ariba (SLM, CLM, and Sourcing Module) knowledge is preferred.

Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

You will plan, lead and conduct internal audit activities throughout the Lenzing Group (at Headquarters; on group level; or at individual sites) in an efficient and flexible manner, keeping to best practice, respecting internal audit standards, and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and independent auditor’s opinion -
You will report directly to the Senior Director of Corporate Audit & Risk Management, providing information about ongoing activities, risk detection, and any other relevant details for audit conduct or planning -
You will cooperate with auditees and with other departments as well as top management -
You will be involved in the yearly audit planning on a risk-based approach; contribute to reporting activity towards the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board; and participate in knowledge-sharing and improvement process of auditing process as well as internal consulting services to improve the control environment -
You will follow up on audit recommendations and actions (to be carried out by auditees)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Planung & Steuerung im Fachbereich der EM-Ausrüstung sowie in den Bereichen Erneuerbare Energien, Elektromobilität und Bau – mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik
- Gesamtverantwortung für Termin- und Kostenverfolgung, Reporting sowie Risikomanagement
- Führung & Koordination aller internen Fachbereiche und externen Dienstleister/Partner
- Bedarfsermittlung, Kostenschätzung und Vergabe von Bau-, Dienst- und Lieferleistungen nach BVerG
- Aktiver Ausbau der Erneuerbaren Energien und eigenständige Umsetzung von Großprojekten
- Überwachung und Steuerung der baulichen Umsetzung bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Realisierung von Bauprojekten im Bereich technischer Infrastruktur
- Mitwirkung bei der Projektorganisation und -abwicklung , insbesondere bei der Termin- und Kostenkontrolle
- Ermittlung des Beschaffungsbedarfs , Erstellung von Kostenschätzungen und Beteiligung an der Vergabe von Bau-, Dienst- und Lieferleistungen gemäß Bundesvergabegesetz (BVerG)
- Mitarbeit an Projekten im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien sowie eigenständige Umsetzung von Kleinprojekten
- Mitwirken bei der Planung und Steuerung von Erneuerbare-Energie-, Elektromobilitäts- und Bauprojekten im Fachbereich der EM-Ausrüstung
- Unterstützung bei der Projektverantwortung , insbesondere in den Bereichen Kostenplanung, Terminplanung, Reporting, Risikomanagement und Abrechnung
- Mitwirkung bei der Koordination interner und externer Projektpartner bzw. Dienstleister
- Durchführen von Beschaffungsaufgaben (Bau-, Liefer- und Dienstleistungen) gemäß unternehmensspezifischer Richtlinien und dem BVerG
- Überwachende und steuernde Tätigkeiten bei der baulichen Umsetzung
