- Requirements Engineering & Stakeholder Collaboration: You work closely with stakeholders and product management to identify, analyze and define complex requirements that solve real-world challenges.
- International Team Communication: You conceptualize these requirements and communicate them to our international development team, ensuring a shared understanding and high-quality implementation.
- Flow & Delivery Management: You manage and refine product delivery by focusing on a steady, ongoing and transparent flow of value. You use clearly defined policies to ensure high quality and a predictable output.
- Decisive Backlog Management: You prioritize the team backlog in Jira and make informed, timely decisions to keep the development team focused on the highest-impact outcomes.
- Cross-Team Synchronization: You actively connect with our Domain Leads to identify and resolve dependencies, ensuring seamless integration within the wider product ecosystem.
