RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with focus on supply chain management or logistics
- Fluent in English, German is considered as a plus
- 3+ years of professional experience in the field of (production) planning, supply chain management, or logistics.
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA, planning systems preferably SAP IBP and master data systems (SAP MDG-M) is advantageous.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Your future responsibilities
- Take on full project responsibilities by continuously assessing the progress targeting given timeframe, budget and deliverables.
- Organize work, align resources and coordinate the project team and external collaborators, suppliers, partners.
- Define and monitor project KPIs and objectives together with Project Owners and Department Managers.
- Regularly report project status to internal stakeholders and external partners and customers.
- Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage multi-firm consortia (typically up to 10 partners) collaborating in research projects both nationally and internationally.
- Maintain the projects overview managing interdependencies of several project responsibilities and coordinating multiple workstreams within each project
- Oversee financial planning and control in line with the business objective of the unit.
- Manage the Research Unit’s project portfolio and support resource planning and control.
- Support of the project acquisition and thereby being constantly involved in the future research topics to come.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in computer science / similar study or equal practical experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience within an IT department or consulting company
- Hands-on experience in IT project management and in the global roll-out and delivery of business applications
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions or work with external partners
- Understanding of software development and system architecture (data models, integration of systems, programming languages and APIs) is beneficial
- Experience with management, configuration and implementation of SaaS based solutions is valuable
- A good understanding of AI concepts and frameworks to drive applications and foster innovation is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in requirement engineering (user story creation, process modelling, prototyping, …) or business analysis is beneficial

- Lead a diverse team of 8–10 scientists within the Embedded Artificial Intelligence group of the Intelligent Wireless Systems Division, focusing on machine learning and signal processing across various domains and applications.
- Shape the research agenda and project portfolio in collaboration with team members, peers, and the Head of Research Unit
- Drive innovative solutions through effective team leadership and expert coordination. .
- Manage resource planning and allocation for the research team

RESPONSIBILITIES
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a data engineering role.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Strong Partnership and Collaboration Skills: You have a proven ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Given the international nature of this role, strong experience collaborating directly with data analysts and data scientists across different regions and sports is essential for success.
- Expert-Level Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of modern data modeling, ETL/ELT development, and data warehousing principles.
- Proven GCP Expertise: Significant hands-on experience building and deploying data platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Deep proficiency with BigQuery is essential.

- Partners and vendors: Experience in dealing with sourcing partners, vendors and suppliers, and involvement in multi-stream, complex activities across several external partner teams, tracking success and progress via engineering metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, Capacity Mgmt, Planning and Engineering Forecasting.
- Governance and Policies: Experience in data science and data engineering governance, policies and oversight.
- Bonus Points for: Experience with data transformation tools, especially dbt, workflow management tools like Dagster, Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
