- Kommunikation im internationalen Team: Du konzeptionierst diese Anforderungen
und kommunizierst sie an unser internationales Entwicklungsteam, um ein gemeinsames Verständnis und eine qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzung sicherzustellen. - Flow- & Delivery-Management: Du steuerst und optimierst die Produktbereitstellung, indem du dich auf einen stetigen, kontinuierlichen und transparenten Wertfluss konzentrierst. Du nutzt klar definierte Richtlinien, um hohe Qualität und vorhersehbare Ergebnisse zu gewährleisten.
- Backlog-Management: Du priorisierst das Team-Backlog in Jira und triffst fundierte, zeitnahe Entscheidungen, um das Entwicklungsteam auf die Ergebnisse mit der größten Wirkung zu fokussieren.
- Teamübergreifende Abstimmung: Du stehst in aktivem Austausch mit unseren Domain-Leads, um Abhängigkeiten zu identifizieren und zu lösen und so eine nahtlose Integration in das übergeordnete Produkt-Ökosystem sicherzustellen.
