RESPONSIBILITIES
- 7+ years of professional experience in a procurement, SAP ARIBA/ SAP MM key user or consultant role
- Depth knowledge of SAP ARIBA/ SAP MM or similar procure to pay solutions and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in the field of procurement
- Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts
- Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs
- System affinity, conceptual strength and holistic view
- Strong analytical skills, solution- and process oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative and collaborative, team player, able to work under pressure and self-dependently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- End to End Operations know-how, FMCG environment preferred
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project management tools

Ihre Aufgaben
- Qualitative und quantitative Wareneingangskontrolle
- Erfassung der Warenein- bzw. ausgänge sowie Korrekturbuchungen im SAP
- Vorbereitung der gelieferten Ware für den Versand
- Einleitung Reklamationen sowie Klärung von Unklarheiten bei Lieferscheinen
- Koordination der Spediteur:innen bei Direktanlieferungen
- Auskunft an die Bedarfsträger:innen, Einkauf und Rechnungsprüfung
- Mitarbeit bei laufenden Projekten der Prozessoptimierung, bzw. Unterstützung der Prozesse Klassifizierung- und Bestandsmanagement sowie Lagermanagement
- Laufende Mitarbeit KVP und operative Exzellenz

Die Rolle
- Berechnung der Kosten für alle Fertigwaren (einschließlich Halbfertigwaren).
- Kostenprognosen für neue Produktanfragen aus allen Ländern.
- Unterstützung der Operations Abteilung hinsichtlich verschiedener Prozesse in SAP und Vorantreiben von Optimierungen.
- Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Three to five years of professional experience in a comparable role.
- Extensive experience in strategic procurement and supplier management, preferably within the Event sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable terms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in x-functional teams.
- Experienced in working within a fast-paced environment, within a global organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills.
- SAP MM/S4 knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- SAP Ariba (SLM, CLM, and Sourcing Module) knowledge is preferred.
