- Du entwickelst Geschäftsmodelle.
Im Bereich CO₂ – von Carbon Management über Monitoring und Zertifizierung bis hin zu ETS, ETS2 und dem Voluntary Carbon Market – identifizierst, analysierst und gestaltest du neue Ansätze. - Du rechnest Projekte durch.
Business Cases, Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Risikoanalysen führst du eigenverantwortlich durch und nutzt deinen großen Gestaltungsspielraum. - Du bist Fördermanager:in.
Auf nationaler, internationaler und EU-Ebene betreust du Förderprogramme und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Behörden. - Du gestaltest Märkte mit.
In der strategischen Marktentwicklung und bei der Erschließung neuer Geschäftsfelder bringst du dein Know-how ein. - Du gewinnst neue Kunden.
Akquise und Relationship-Management zu Bestandskunden gehören zu deinem Alltag. - Du bist Schnittstelle.
Mit internen Fachbereichen wie Technik, F&E und Recht arbeitest du eng zusammen. - Du unterstützt den Vertrieb.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 7+ years of experience in FMCG industry and/or Technology, with at least 3 years focused on digital transformation in sales and distribution managing high performing teams
- Bachelor/Master degree from University, Technical University (FH Schule) or college in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken), German is a plus
- Track record implementing CRM, sales force automation, and/or Distribution Management platforms in FMCG environments
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid understanding of retail execution, distributor management, trade marketing, and field sales dynamics

- 2+ years of experience in the FMCG sector, ideally within the beverage industry.

- Minimum of 3 years experience, with sales data experience (using Nielsen/Circana or equivalent) and especially in the field of retail /consumer goods data. Managing or working with external agencies is a plus
