DRIVE & IMPLEMENT THE DIGITAL & E-COMMERCE ACTIVATION STRATEGY
In this role, you’ll drive and implement the global E-Commerce activation strategy, helping to shape a strong and consistent online presence that reflects our premium brand standards. You’ll define what great looks like online, briefing and developing digital trade marketing assets with our global e-commerce agency. You’ll create innovative solutions across our platforms to ensure a seamless shopper journey from offline to online. Working closely with the global E-Commerce and Brand Marketing teams, you’ll guide design agencies to deliver impactful content for global campaigns and ongoing messaging — including product visuals, trade marketing assets, and brand store content. You’ll also support local markets by providing feedback, ensuring alignment with global toolkits, and managing digital platforms and initiatives like the Digital Trial Platform.
SUPPORT COUNTRIES ON LOCAL DIGITAL ASSETS
In this role, you’ll support markets by providing feedback on online campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic guidance and helping to optimize performance across regions.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Minimum 5+ FMCG experience, in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing OR E-Commerce preferably within beverages
- University degree in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing & Communications or similar
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent project management abilities
- Proven Trade Marketing experience with Brand Marketing exposure
- Proven E-commerce and online experience
- Solution-oriented and creative with problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communicator with openness to understand and adapt to cultural nuances
- Advanced Power Point skills to illustrate and sell ideas. Experience in design suites such as Photoshop preferable but not required
- Understanding of retail landscape
- Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3.139 gross per month.
