RESPONSIBILITIES
- 10+ years FMCG experience, preferably in beverages

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 8+ years of Trade Marketing experience with global brands, strong knowledge of the On-Premise industry, and a proven track record across diverse marketing functions
- University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or the equivalent field experience
- Excellent command of English, German would be a plus. Other languages advantageous, but not required
- A strategic thinker with exceptional planning, project management, and presentation skills, capable of creating innovative strategies while keeping the broader commercial picture in focus
- An effective communicator who can simplify complex issues, navigate cultural differences, manage multiple stakeholders, and build strong business partnerships
- Self-motivated, innovative, and solution-oriented, with adaptability and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum 10+ years in a leading marketing role within the event space (gaming, esports, sports, etc.) at Red Bull or a similar consumer-driven brand, agency, publisher, or organization—holding full content and budget responsibility
- Proven collaboration with gaming event organizers, a strong network in the gaming/esports industry, and deep familiarity with PC, console, and mobile games. Being an active gamer with hands-on knowledge of top competitive titles (e.g., CS, League of Legends, Dota 2, Valorant, Rainbow Six, Age of Empires II) is essential
- Demonstrated success as an independent project leader with a solid track record of delivering impactful initiatives, alongside strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage teams
- Strong organizational talent, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders and markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills; fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages as a plus
