Purpose & key responsibilities of the role
You will conduct analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as planning and commenting as part of management reporting You will contribute to the month-end closing process by focusing on Lenzing’s Headquarters division. You will act as Controlling Business Partner for major Global Functions You will contribute to the forecast process with the relevant stakeholders, including preparation of the Group forecast (P&L, BS, CF) on the basis of central value drivers and the forecasts of the individual companies You will contribute to sub-processes in our annual budget and mid-term planning process including support in strategic decision-making, collaboration with various departments and presentation to the top management You will provide strategic & operational planning and the derivation & tracking of measures; and you will create, and offer critical scrutiny of, business plans You will undertake further development of management models and controlling processes, especially planning processes You will participate in ad-hoc analyses, evaluations, and the preparation of presentations for decision-makers

Die Rolle
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a controlling, planning or project team with process background
- Strong Communication Skills, effective verbal and written communication is crucial for collaborating with teams, stakeholders, and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 6+ years of FMCG/consumer goods experience, ideally in Revenue Management, Key Account Management or Distribution Partner management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Exposure and understanding of commercial topics, the Profit & Loss, and key drivers of business targets
- Proven experience in working with large data sets in a commercial context and converting these into clear and concise insights and recommendations
- IT affinity to further drive and develop revenue management tools within Red Bull IT landscape, Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Project management affinity with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Graduate in Business Administration / Alternatively higher-level secondary commercial college or professional education with focus on accounting and distinct interest in IT
- Very good English skills, German is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Profound understanding of operative accounting processes and accounting GAAP
- Very good SAP knowledge (ideally S/4HANA) is mandatory
- Experience in auditing (audit assistants/juniors - audit managers) is advantageous

RESPONSIBILITIES
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Project Management/ Finance/ Controlling/ Product Management/ IT/ Sales
- University Degree in Business Administration or Finance or IT
- Strong IT skills and technically savvy, familiarity with ERP systems or any integrated business analytics tool is an advantage (SAP - CRM, ERP (SD, FI, COPA, CCM), S4/HANA, SAC, BI or Essbase, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience in the FMCG industry and/or focus on sales controlling or revenue management is an advantage
- Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions
- Results-oriented team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised, proactive and passionate for learning

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Education level/experience within same role/area, such as Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Finance, or experience in Procurement Analytics or Category Management
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required, German or other languages is considered a plus
