RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics, or equivalent field experience
- Excellent command of English, German preferred. Other languages are advantageous, but not required
- Strong, sociable presence with excellent communication skills across cultures
- Proven knowledge and network in the QSR, Fast Casual, and Coffee-Tea-Bistro industry
- Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel for impactful presentations and analysis
- Motivated to win new business and open to frequent travel

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5–8+ years in Amazon Vendor Management (1P) or eCommerce account management, ideally within FMCG
- University degree or comparable education
- Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
- Proven success in leading complex negotiations, shaping trade terms, and driving sales growth across multiple markets
- Deep expertise in Amazon’s ecosystem — including Vendor Central, promotional mechanics, and retail media — plus strong understanding of eCommerce operations and compliance
- Strategic and analytical leader with the ability to align cross-functional teams, interpret data, and turn insights into action
- Excellent communicator and problem-solver, skilled at stakeholder management and navigating complexity to deliver results

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Education level/experience within same role/area, such as Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Finance, or experience in Procurement Analytics or Category Management
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required, German or other languages is considered a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of strategic and operational procurement processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive procurement efficiencies.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Previous experience within category management or strategic procurement is preferred.
