- Fachliche Leitung und Entwicklung des globalen Business Solution Teams IT: SAP Finance and Controlling - in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der HPM Division
- Aufbau und Pflege von starken Beziehungen zu Kund:innen, erster Beratungskontakt für SAP-Softwarelösungen im Rechnungswesen
- Erstellung einer FI/CO Roadmap in enger Abstimmung mit der Division
- Gemeinsame Definition des Backlogs als Basis der laufenden Weiterentwicklungen und Projekte im Bereich Rechnungswesen in der HPM Division
- Effiziente und innovative Lösungsentwicklung sowie Umsetzung gemeinsam mit Business Process Owners (m/w/d) und Business Process Experts (m/w/d) der HPM Division
- Pro-aktive Mitarbeit bei den 2 Leitsätzen “Build the right things right and use them right” und “Reuse before buy before build” in der HPM Division
- Auf-/Ausbau des Modul-Knowhows im Bereich SAP Rechnungswesen im SAP S/4HANA/Cloud Umfeld
- Teamübergreifende Sicherstellung einer End-to-End Prozessintegration des Rechnungswesens
- Förderung einer Hands-on-Mentalität und agilen Arbeitsweise im Team

RESPONSIBILITIES
- You become a well-trusted finance business partner and sparring partner for our Marketing Departments. You work closely with them and support them in all financial and budget-related matters.
- You do this driven by a service mentality and by challenging, asking questions, and giving suggestions and insights.
- Moreover, you support the Marketing Departments in various projects and requests.
- In this role, you help to coordinate the Business Plan/Revised Estimates with budget owners, support and challenge them on realistic planning (monthly phasing, CAPEX/OPEX, guideline compliance, etc.)
- You take ownership of supporting subsidiaries in resolving issues and continuously improving these processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Professional experience in the field of data & process governance
- Solid Finance background and good understanding of Finance processes are essential
- Technical experience with ERP/EPM/BW systems or corresponding reporting/analysis solutions (e.g. SAP BEx Web, Crystal Reports, BO Analysis and Analytics Cloud, Tableau) is beneficial
- Programming skills (e.g. VBA, R, Python) are perceived as an asset
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical skills, and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders
- Ability to understand complex system correlations, quickly identify and analyse solution delivery risks & impacts as well as to define alternatives & prioritizations
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business & technical teams as well as global stakeholders
- Excellent command of English, working knowledge of German is a plus, but not a requirement

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the finance teams of Red Bull subsidiaries to ensure the accuracy of month and year-end closing data in our systems, especially regarding Cost of Sales and Inventories (including yearly inventory revaluation).
- Support the financial closing process, generate reports, and conduct analyses for MEC.
- Ensure correct financial assessments based on current business developments.
- Take ownership of supporting subsidiaries in resolving issues and continuously improving these processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees are welcome
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- 3+ years of FMCG/consumer goods experience, ideally in Revenue Management, Key Account Management, Category Management, or Insights
- Exposure and understanding of commercial topics, the Profit & Loss, and key drivers of business targets
- Proven experience in working with large data sets in a commercial context and converting these into clear and concise insights and recommendations
- IT affinity to further drive and develop revenue management tools within Red Bull IT landscape Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Die Rolle
- 8-10 years of professional experience in a program/project management role with a focus on Procurement & Finance
- Verifiable experience in managing high-impact projects and applying project management methodologies
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems, as well as supply chain management.
- Capability to communicate complex situations in straight-forward, facts-based manner to internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as Workfront, Confluence, and Jira to coordinate cross-functional projects
- End-to-end Supply Chain know-how, FMCG environment preferred
