RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics, or equivalent field experience
- Excellent command of English, German preferred. Other languages are advantageous, but not required
- Strong, sociable presence with excellent communication skills across cultures
- Proven knowledge and network in the QSR, Fast Casual, and Coffee-Tea-Bistro industry
- Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel for impactful presentations and analysis
- Motivated to win new business and open to frequent travel

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience in FMCG, Business, or IT, with strong project management and problem-solving skills
- University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar or equal practical experience
- Excellent English skills, German is an advantage
- Analytical mindset with great attention to detail, structured thinking, and a process-driven approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with BI tools or coding languages (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL) is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills to clearly convey insights and solutions
- Self-motivated learner who works well independently and in teams

Your future responsibilities
- Take on full project responsibilities by continuously assessing the progress targeting given timeframe, budget and deliverables.
- Organize work, align resources and coordinate the project team and external collaborators, suppliers, partners.
- Define and monitor project KPIs and objectives together with Project Owners and Department Managers.
- Regularly report project status to internal stakeholders and external partners and customers.
- Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage multi-firm consortia (typically up to 10 partners) collaborating in research projects both nationally and internationally.
- Maintain the projects overview managing interdependencies of several project responsibilities and coordinating multiple workstreams within each project
- Oversee financial planning and control in line with the business objective of the unit.
- Manage the Research Unit’s project portfolio and support resource planning and control.
- Support of the project acquisition and thereby being constantly involved in the future research topics to come.
