Aufgaben – Dafür sorgen Sie bei uns:
- Optimierung und Automatisierung: Sie konzipieren, entwickeln und implementieren datengetriebene Use-Cases, um Logistikprozesse zu verbessern und zu automatisieren (z. B. im Bereich Netzwerkplanung, Transport- oder Bestandsoptimierung).
- Analyse und Modellierung: Sie erstellen komplexe Ad-hoc-Analysen sowie prädiktive Modelle, um strategische Projekte zu unterstützen und Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management abzuleiten.
- Entwicklung digitaler Lösungen und Modelle: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer IT-Abteilung und den Fachbereichen der Logistik gestalten Sie unseren Analytics-Toolstack (z. B. Snowflake, Posit, PowerBI) aktiv mit und entwickeln zukunftsfähige Datenmodelle.
- Beratung und Wissenstransfer: Als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in übersetzen Sie die analytischen Fragestellungen der Logistik in technische Anforderungen und Lösungen. Sie agieren als Multiplikator für konkrete Methoden und Anwendungsfälle innerhalb der internationalen dm-Logistik.

Own Tractive's end-to-end tracking across iOS, Android, and web — defining how Live Tracking, Virtual Fences, PSZs, and Health Monitoring are measured so teams can make decisions they trust Design and evolve our event taxonomy and KPI frameworks, ensuring every meaningful moment - an escape alert, a health alert, a subscription - is captured consistently and privacy-compliantly Implement and maintain web tracking using Google Tag Manager and JavaScript - instrumenting events, debugging, and ensuring reliable data collection in production Build scalable analytics assets in BigQuery, dbt, or similar tools that answer questions like "How does PSZ adoption affect retention?" or "What drives free-to-premium conversion?" Develop and execute our international retail strategy for Europe and ANZ, taking full ownership of our top-tier retail partners and driving Joint Business Plans to reach ambitious goals Lead annual negotiations on commercial terms, marketing investments and product listings with key retail groups across multiple countries Analyze complex sell-in and sell-out data to identify growth opportunities, manage reliable forecasts and steer the performance of your regions Act as the central point of contact for international retail, working closely with our Country Development Managers, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution Focus on maximizing the performance and efficiency of our existing retail partners, deepening these key relationships to drive profitable growth and ensuring our retail channel strategically supports our core D2C business.
