Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie übernehmen die End-to-End-Verantwortung für die MDE-Kette im Projekt „IBA“ (Analyzer, PDA, HD Server, DAT Coordinator), inklusive Systempflege, Updates und dem laufenden Betrieb (ggf. Störfall-/Fehlersuche)
- Modellieren von Signalen im „IBA“ Analyzer sowie Abbildung von Prozesslogiken, Pflege konsistenter Phasen-/Ereignismodelle und Sicherstellung über eine einheitliche Datenstruktur über mehrere Anlagen hinweg
- Sie koordinieren das SPS/PLC-Signalmanagement (Siemens S7) und stimmen sich eng mit der Anlagentechnik ab
- Sie stellen den zuverlässigen Datentransfer in zentrale Systeme (z. B. Oracle-DB, Data Warehouse, Data Lake) sicher und überwachen Vollständigkeit und Qualität
- Im EU-Forschungsprojekt übernehmen Sie die Schnittstellenkoordination zwischen Betrieb, Technik, Qualität und Forschungspartner:innen
- Beschaffung sowie Bereitstellung der Daten aus Oracle-DB, Data Warehouse, Messdatensystem (Energiedaten), inklusive Preprocessing und Anonymisierung, inkl. anschließender Übergabe dieser an den Data Lake bzw. unseren externen Partner
- Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren internen IT-Dienstleister:innen (voestalpine group-IT) und dem Bereich Data Science an Datenpfaden, Transformationen und der Integration von Machine-Learning Artefakten in den Betrieb
- Interpretation und Validierung der Machine-Learning Ergebnisse sowie die Erstellung englischsprachiger Berichte, Präsentationen und die Koordination von Terminen sowie die Kommunikation mit Stakeholder:innen sind ebenfalls Teil Ihrer Aufgaben

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience in FMCG, Business, or IT, with strong project management and problem-solving skills
- University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar or equal practical experience
- Excellent English skills, German is an advantage
- Analytical mindset with great attention to detail, structured thinking, and a process-driven approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with BI tools or coding languages (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL) is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills to clearly convey insights and solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 4+ years of professional experience in supply chain planning, proficient in the use of SAP IBP
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, supply chain or operations management, process and/or project management or similar
- Deep knowledge of SAP IBP and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in the field of new product introduction

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in computer science / similar study or equal practical experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience within an IT department or consulting company
- Hands-on experience in IT project management and in the global roll-out and delivery of business applications
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions or work with external partners
- Understanding of software development and system architecture (data models, integration of systems, programming languages and APIs) is beneficial
- Experience with management, configuration and implementation of SaaS based solutions is valuable
- A good understanding of AI concepts and frameworks to drive applications and foster innovation is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in requirement engineering (user story creation, process modelling, prototyping, …) or business analysis is beneficial

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the formulation of technology strategy in response to spotted disruptive external or internal forces and its operationalization.
- Drive IT Landscape Engineering through proactive and deliberate management of the IT landscape beyond investment planning horizons. This involves operationalizing strategy, identifying drivers for change, and defining architecture directions to address these with stakeholders.
- Analyze business strategy and business future-state capabilities to identify Strategic Themes to detect gaps and opportunities for improvement in the current IT Landscape in line with the IT Strategy to enable the business achieving targeted outcomes.
