- Planung, Konzeption, Implementierung und Support von Daten-Architekturen, Data Pipelines, Data Products sowie Analytics- und KI-Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Fabric und SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) sowie Weiterentwicklung der zentralen Datenplattform inkl. Integration von Microsoft Fabric und SAP BDC.
- Anbindung von Industrie- und Produktionsprozessen (MES, SCADA, SAP, OPC UA / IoT-Daten) und Integration in die zentrale Datenplattform sowie Steuerung und Umsetzung von Datenanforderungen aus den Fachbereichen (Data-Demand-Prozess).
- Unterstützung von Data Governance und Compliance durch Umsetzung von Standards, Datenklassifizierung, Lineage, Katalogisierung und Zugriffsmodellen (Microsoft Purview, RBAC) sowie Entwicklung von Power BI Reports und Definition von Referenzarchitekturen, Best Practices, Coding Guidelines und Coaching von Data Scientist:innen, Citizen Developer:innen und Power-User:innen.
- Konzeption und Implementierung von KI-Use-Cases (ML, GenAI, RAG, agentenbasierte Lösungen) sowie Operationalisierung und Monitoring von ML-/KI-Modellen (MLOps, Model Lifecycle, Prompt-/Context-Management, Evaluation, Responsible AI).

Senior R&D Service Engineer: IC Design Flow (all genders)
- Ownership of projects design set-up by configuring and initializing end-to-end EDA environments, managing tool licenses, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple PDKs and technology nodes.
- Improvements of existing flow methodologies and creation of new ones, utilization of version-controlled repositories to guarantee reproducibility, auditability, and smooth cross-team collaboration.
- Definition of automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines that streamline synthesis, DFT, verification, and physical implementation processes.
- Providing hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting support to design and verification teams on EDA tool usage, performance tuning, and debugging.
- Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing workflows, proposing and implementing scalable solutions to reduce time-to-tapeout and improve productivity.
- Managing PDK integration, EDA tool upgrades, and license optimization while ensuring strict compliance with foundry requirements and internal quality standards.
- Maintaining robust, well-documented flow configurations and script libraries, enabling rapid onboarding and consistent project execution.
- Overseeing flow validation across benchmark and production projects, ensuring accuracy, repeatability, and alignment with milestone targets.
- Supporting cross-site as well as partner & customers engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Planung, Konzeption und Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Cloud-Architekturen auf Basis von Microsoft Azure sowie Konzeption und Review containerbasierter Architekturen auf Basis von Kubernetes und Red Hat OpenShift inkl. Integration in die Azure-Plattform (z. B. AKS, ARO, Hybrid-Szenarien).
- Aktive Mitarbeit im konzernweiten Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) einschließlich Definition von Standards, Referenzarchitekturen und der Architektur-Roadmap sowie Durchführung von Architektur-Reviews, Qualitätssicherung und Erstellung von Architektur-Dokumentationen und Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
- Unterstützung im Demand-Prozess durch technische Bewertung neuer Anforderungen, Erstellung von Lösungsskizzen und Entscheidungsvorlagen sowie Beratung, Wissenstransfer und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT-Teams und Konzerngesellschaften bei der Auswahl und Auslegung geeigneter Lösungen.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Security-, Governance- und Compliance-Vorgaben in allen Cloud-Lösungen (z. B. Landing Zones, Policies, Cost Management).
