RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in an international operations or supply chain environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- A structured, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience in managing external partner relationships (e.g. Copackers, manufacturers) is a plus.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous evolution.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
