- Betreuung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Kommunikationskanäle (z. B. Social Media, Website, Mitarbeitermagazin etc.), damit Inhalte dort bestmöglich ausgespielt werden
- Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Communities sowie aktiver Austausch mit unseren Zielgruppen (insbesondere Social Media)
- Gatekeeping: Du stellst sicher, dass nur hochwertiger und passender Content veröffentlicht wird
- Entwicklung von Guidelines für interne Teams und externe Partner zur kanalgerechten Content-Erstellung
- Redaktionelle Planung: Du erstellst Redaktionspläne, koordinierst Inhalte und behältst den Überblick, was wann live geht
- Unterstützung von Kolleginnen und Kollegen, Führungskräften und Partnern mit Best Practices, Feedback und klaren Empfehlungen zur optimalen Kanalnutzung
- Entwicklung von Strategien zur weiteren Optimierung der Kanäle
- Monitoring, Reporting und Community Management – immer mit dem Ziel, unsere Communities zufrieden und aktiv zu halten
