Ihre Aufgaben
- Planung, Budgetierung und Mittelfristplanung
- Laufendes Ergebnis-, Kosten- und Deckungsbeitragscontrolling mit Fokus auf Steuerungsrelevanz
- Plan-/Ist-Abweichungsanalysen inkl. Ursachenanalyse und Ableitung konkreter Steuerungsimpulse
- Monatliche Ergebnisverfolgung sowie Forecasts und Hochrechnungen
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Management-Reports für Geschäftsführung und Abteilungsleitungen
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Controlling- und Steuerungsmodellen (KPIs, Berichtsstrukturen)
- Begleitung strategischer Initiativen und Projekte (Analysen, Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen, Business Cases)
- Unterstützung bei Produkt- und Geschäftsmodellbewertungen im Vertrieb
- Abstimmung innerhalb des Konzerns (z. B. ICV-/ILV-Verrechnungen, Schnittstellen zu Beschaffung, Digitalisierung, Beteiligungen)
- Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten

- You will take on the technical and organisational management of our IT Security department.
- You will ensure the information security of our client solutions and products and continuously develop these further.
- You will design and manage IT security measures for complex control centre systems.
- You will work closely with internal teams to plan and implement security-related requirements.
- You will be the main point of contact for our customers on all matters relating to information security.
- You will support audits and assessments in the regulatory environment, particularly in accordance with NIS and BSI IT-Grundschutz.
- You will play an active role in shaping the strategic development of our security portfolio and our security standards.
