All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
CONSUMER ACTIVATION PROJECTS
You'll support the development of top-notch consumer activations leveraging key marketing initiatives, following consumer activation principles, and adhering to brand standards. You’ll work cross-functionally with key stakeholders in the Marketing and Sales team to support a full 360-degree approach. You'll also take on dedicated projects across Motorsports and guide and support implementation of consumer & digital activations right from business planning to actual implementation throughout the year. You’ll work with local teams to develop relevant consumer engagements and support on ensuring quality specific to the activation projects. You’ll stay on cutting edge of innovation of the latest creative campaign marketing developments, with a focus on digital and point of sale.
BEST PRACTICE SHARING AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
Tracking results and collating best practices across the globe is an important part of the role to broadly share relevant insights and inspiration as a benchmark for the different markets. You'll source campaign reports and review to identify these benchmarks and areas of improvement as it pertain to defined topics (e.g., creative excellence, point of sale execution, etc.), working closely with cross-functional counterparts. Ensuring proper documentation within our internal systems and tools will be key.
RED BULL BRAND GAURDIANSHIP
As a Brand Specialist, you are considered a guardian of the brand, managing how we communicate and show our brand to consumers, ensuring we communicate our brand beliefs and values, along with our product benefits and attributes, in a relevant way for consumers globally.
LIMITED EDITION PACKAGING PROCESS MANAGEMENT
You'll own the Limited-Edition Packaging processes by mastering our internal tools and ongoing tracking for internal workflow meetings, management updates and cross functional alignments, including weekly volume updates and packaging design tracking.
BRAND MANAGEMENT & TRAINING
Another responsibility of your role is to provide training on the consumer activation approach to our local brand teams (depending on the topic). You’ll support the country organizations in local brand topics across various consumer activation pillars.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 2–4 years of brand/marketing experience with strong project management skills
- Fluent in English
- Digital native with an innovative, entrepreneurial mindset and passion for premium brands
- Excellent communicator, able to collaborate across functions and global teams
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple projects with attention to detail
