RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
WORK ON SALES ANALYSIS AS PART OF MARKETING MIX MODELLING
You’ll prepare and analyse sales data to generate insights, contributing to Marketing Mix Modelling across multiple markets. You’ll ensure strong alignment across the business, working especially closely with Sales teams. You’ll also support data modelling initiatives, exploring new techniques to enhance Pricing and Range analytics.
SUPPORT ON PRICING ANALYSIS AND MODELS
You’ll work with different markets to derive elasticity and provide tailored recommendations. When needed, you’ll also support Pricing studies in collaboration with external agencies, with a strong focus on Conjoint Pricing analysis.
MONITOR TRENDS & COMPETITION AS PART OF BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
You’ll leverage data sources and public information to track market trends and key competitors, sharing valuable insights with leadership. You’ll also build reporting tools that ensure Marketing departments have the information they need readily and quickly available.
ENSURE ACTIONABLE & DATA-DRIVEN INSIGHTS
You’ll build compelling insight-led presentations to support markets and departments in making informed decisions, working cross-functionally and collaborating in an international environment. You’ll also automate parts of the analysis, giving you more time to focus on deriving valuable insights.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Minimum of 3 years experience, with sales data experience (using Nielsen/Circana or equivalent) and especially in the field of retail /consumer goods data. Managing or working with external agencies is a plus
- University Masters degree, in fields such as Business Studies, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, etc.
- Fluent in english
- Some experience in using commercial statistical software packages is a plus, e.g. R, Python etc.
- Analytical mindset supported with strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset and the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels
- Good understanding of marketing principles, as well as Consumer/Shopping behaviour

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.303 gross per month.
