Process Documentation Specialist

You'll collect, clarify, and analyse business processes and model them comprehensively in our process management tool ARIS. You'll ensure high-quality process documentation, create end-to-end understanding within the organisation, clarify roles & responsibilities, model new processes and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of existing processes. To do this, you'll work closely with various department Key Users throughout the whole Red Bull Organisation. You'll act as an ARIS Admin and Modeler as well as an internal contact person for questions regarding this topic.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
PROCESS MODELLING
You'll be the first contact for the business when it comes to model and document their processes comprehensively in our process management tool ARIS. This includes collecting all the necessary steps & systems, helping them to clarify roles & responsibilities, as well as helping them to analyse their business processes.
PROJECT WORK
You’ll experience a varied role, supporting various departments and projects with process management methods and work closely with robotics and process mining. In projects, you'll also support by creating high level end-to-end overviews and streamlining different views.
PROCESS REVIEW & ANALYSIS
You'll be involved in process analysis and improvement, giving you deep insight into our global processes. To be able to do this, you'll have to work closely with your Key Users to get their insights in their processes.
COLLABORATION ON THE FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNAL TOOLS FOR MORE EFFICIENT WORK
You’ll contribute to the further development of our process landscape and support its implementation in the system. Additionally, you'll contribute and support with enhancements and developments on our process management tool itself.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Completed degree from a university or technical college (bachelor's or master's), ideally with a focus on supply chain management or a comparable field of study
- Preferably experience in process management, ideally in supply chain or finance
- Very good English skills, German is an advantage
- MS Office user skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience with ARIS or a comparable BPM tool is an advantage
- Team player and proactive, work accurately, and are characterized by flexibility, strong analytical thinking, and a high level of commitment
- Passion for processes and data
- Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to convey complex topics in simple memorable terms
- Logical and efficient way of working with keen attention to detail
- Ability to propose and reason alternative solutions and to communicate effectively and proactively

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
