- Die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Clusters Application Platforms
- Die strategische und wirtschaftliche Gesamtverantwortung für das Produktportfolio in den Bereichen Data Platform, Power Platform, AI Platform, RPA und Power BI auf Basis des Microsoft-Technologie-Stacks
- Die Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Product Owner:innen sowie die Etablierung einer leistungsstarken und kund:innenorientierten Produktorganisation
- Die Definition und Umsetzung einer klaren Produkt- und Plattformstrategie mit Fokus auf Kund:innennutzen, Innovation und Geschäftswert
- Die Verantwortung für Servicequalität, Governance und die nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung der verantworteten Plattformen

Deine Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, Fachhochschule, etc.) aus dem Bereich Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung mit Content Management Systemen
- Kenntnisse in einer oder mehreren dieser Technologien: C#, AL (Microsoft Business Central), HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, T-SQL, PowerShell
- Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit Teamgeist und Kommunikationsfreude
- Interesse an langfristiger Weiterentwicklung in modernen ERP- und Cloud-Technologien (z. Business Central, Power Plattform)
- Know-how mit Datenbanksystemen (Microsoft SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)

- Responsible for research and development in microwave and mmW technologies, shaping the future of high-frequency sensing and communications.
- Implement both hardware and software solutions to realize complex RF and microwave systems.
- Develop comprehensive RF and microwave systems, including circuit design and antenna development, working closely with interdisciplinary teams.

Junior Expert – Business Development & Marketing Assistance (all genders)
- Independent execution of assigned business development tasks with growing autonomy
- Responsible for communication and dissemination of results for European and National projects - in alignment with SAL's Communications and PR department
