(Senior) Legal Project Manager

In this role you oversee and drive the execution of global legal operations projects, ensuring seamless integration of business applications within the existing legal technology landscape. Lead cross-departmental initiatives and autonomously manage project deliverables while maintaining and enhancing the current toolset.

DIGITALIZATION
Lead and manage digital transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption. Responsibilities include:
- Requirements engineering
- Ensuring robust test management and smooth implementation
- Overseeing data quality
- Providing global key user support
- Delivering comprehensive training to enable user proficiency
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Lead the determination and definition of project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders. Collaborating with stakeholders to lead the determination and definition of project scope and objectives. Developing detailed project schedules and continuously monitor progress to ensure timely delivery. Providing regular updates to various stakeholders, keeping them informed about project developments. Implementation of industry best practices, methodologies, and standards to ensure efficient project execution. Offer project management coaching to promote growth and adherence to established standards.
CONTINUOUS INNOVATION
Continuously stay informed about global trends, best practices, and innovations in Legal Operations, while identifying and evaluating potential tools and technologies that align with organizational needs and drive efficiency.
REPORTING & ANALYSIS
Develop and deliver insightful reports and data analyses to support data-driven decision-making within the Legal team. Ensure high data quality across our systems.
KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
Facilitate knowledge hubs and centers of influence across the organization. Design an intuitive intranet experience for easy sharing and retrieval of best practices. Encourage documentation and sharing of work using standard templates and formats. Mitigate the risk of knowledge loss due to staff turnover and role transitions
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in a legal or related field
- Expertise in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with database systems and master data maintenance is advantageous
- Strong technical acumen and a solution-oriented mindset
- In-depth understanding of legal topics
- Highly committed, responsible, analytical, process-oriented, and precise in work
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with diverse stakeholders

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
