Die Rolle
- Als Musketeer Scout managest du deine Region durch eigenverantwortliche Analyse der Kundenpotenziale und Erstellung einer optimalen Tourenplanung nach definierten Zielvorgaben und in Absprache mit deinem Manager & dem nationalen Key Account Management.
- Außerdem bist du neben deinem eigenen Kundenstamm, welcher sich hauptsächlich auf das (Betriebs-) Catering fokussiert verantwortlich für die Präsenz unserer Produkte bei den größten Key Accounts.
- Durch die Betreuung unserer bestehenden und neuen Kunden sorgst du mit innovativen Tools für den perfekten Auftritt und die richtige Platzierung der Produktfamilie.
- Du machst unsere Marken Red Bull & the Organics by Red Bull erlebbar und bist für die Sichtbarkeit & Verfügbarkeit verantwortlich.
- Darüber hinaus ergreifst du innovative Maßnahmen, um das Business über die bestehenden Accounts hinaus zu erweitern und neue Playgrounds für Kunden und Konsumenten im Bereich Betriebsgastronomie zu erschließen.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics or Engineering, or the equivalent field experience
- Excellent command of English. Other languages advantageous, but not required
- An in-depth knowledge of Excel is required
- Advanced presentation skills will be required to communicate global strategies and processes across multiple markets in a simple, clear, concise, and empowering way
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience with Sales, Customer Development, and/or Human Resources, ideally within the On Premise
- A resilient sales mindset is required as you will be tasked with the creation and implementation of projects
- Strategic and innovative thinking will be needed to create specific, unique, commercially focused strategies which are scalable at the global level
- A problem-solving mindset with strong willingness to learn is a must
- Strong communication skills are required to translate complex business topics into practical and relevant terms whilst understanding cultural differences
- Advanced presentation skills will be required to communicate global strategies and processes across multiple markets in a simple, clear, concise, and empowering way
- Passion for establishing new business partnerships is needed to foster strategic global partnerships increasing distribution and sales

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years of experience in category management and/or trade marketing roles with customer facing experience.
- Extensive knowledge in working with data (e.g. Nielsen IQ, Circana, etc.) as well as strong analytical skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Extensive knowledge of Planogram software (e.g. Blue Yonder JDA, Nexgen).
- In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry; ideally experience in food & beverage
- Strong attention to detail, process driven and structured.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey analytical insights across all levels of the organisation, as well as to deliver presentations and training sessions.
- Innovative, self-motivated, solution-oriented mindset with problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
