- Mit deinen Prozessmanagement-Konzepten schaffst du Strukturen, die unsere Unternehmensziele gezielt unterstützen.
- Durch detaillierte Prozessanalysen deckst du Verbesserungspotenziale auf und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag, um ineffiziente Abläufe zu reduzieren.
- Strategisches Monitoring und regelmäßiges Reporting an das Management gehören für dich zum Alltag, um den Erfolg und die Optimierung unserer Prozesse sicherzustellen.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
- ITIL Certification at least Foundation
- Proven experience in IT Service Management, with a strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead ITSM projects and manage complex ITSM environments
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with diverse teams
- Independent self-starter with the aim “get things done”
- Passion for understanding the business needs, challenge those and finding innovative and pragmatic solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective operational IT security procedures and processes, with a focus on Network, IaaS and Cloud security. Define best practices and standards that meet unique local needs, ensuring no conflict with global standards.
- Contribute to development of specific security objectives for prevention, detection, response and compliance including oversight of actions, metrics and reporting.
- Ensure implementation and assessment of globally defined policies and review gaps together with service owners.
- Support implementing and improving effective security incident response management and further infrastructure-related security enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- At least 5 years of professional experience with Digital Workplace services or a similar role.
- Experience in managing budgets related to workplace technology, including cost planning, vendor negotiations, and expense tracking.
- ITIL 4.0 Foundation is a plus.

- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent IT technology education.

- Fluent in English, German is considered a plus.
