Ihre Aufgaben
- Inhaltliche Gesamtverantwortung für das Thema IT- / Information Security im Unternehmen
- Vertreter:in der group-IT Gruppe im konzernweiten voestalpine Information Security Board
- Fachliche und disziplinare Leitung des internationalen Security-Teams der group-IT Gruppe
- Ausrichtung der Informationssicherheitsstrategie an die Unternehmens- / IT-Strategie
- Sparringpartner:in und Mentor:in in Security-Belangen für Ihr Team sowie die gesamte Organisation
- Definition und Freigabe security-relevanter Ziele, Kenngrößen, Richtlinien und Kontrollen
- Periodische Abstimmung der Informationssicherheitsstrategie mit dem Leadership Circle als Basis für das ISMS und die Zertifizierung nach ISO27001
- Schaffung der notwendigen Transparenz der aktuellen Sicherheits- und Bedrohungslage, z.B. durch spezifisches Reporting

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Business Intelligence area with project involvement, ideally gained as a Controller, IT Consultant, Business Consultant, Business Analyst or Requirement engineer.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, IT.
- Profound knowledge of system-based planning (BSS) and reporting tools – ideally SAP, SAP BW, SAP BI-IP Planning, S4/HANA, Hyperion Financial Management and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills as well as project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Workfront.
- Solid controlling/accounting background and understanding of financial processes.
- Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- At least 3 years of practical experience in the field of data, data modelling and data driven decisions
- Data or media technology focused education or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in English, German is a plus

- 5+ years of experience in visual communication
- Degree in graphic design, multimedia communication, or related field

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Sicherstellen kontinuierlicher Sicherheitsarbeit (Training, Schulung, Schwerpunktsetzung, etc.) in R&D
- Unterstützen der Organisation in allen Aspekten der Sicherheitsarbeit (Arbeitsplatzevaluierungen, Sicherheitsunterweisungen, Vorgaben ASchG, etc.)
- Untersuchen von sicherheitsrelevanten Vorfällen, Ableiten von Maßnahmen und Verfassen von Berichten
- Erstellen von Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzdokumenten, Anweisungen, Unterweisungen und Schulungsdokumenten
- Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit den Operations Managern der Pilotanlagen und den Gruppenleitungen der Laborbereiche, sowie mit Local- / Global SHE
- Betreuen des Sicherheits-und Umweltmanagementsystems

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Programming: know at least one of Python, SQL, R with the ability and willingness to learn the other two. Snowflake or Databricks knowledge is a plus.
- FMCG Knowledge: prior experience working at an FMCG company in a data or analytics focused role a plus.

Aufgaben – Dafür sorgen Sie bei uns:
- Berichtswesen: Als DWH-Spezialist:in tragen Sie die Verantwortung über die kontinuierliche Bereitstellung sämtlicher Reports und unterstützen Kolleg:innen bei der Weiterentwicklung wiederkehrender Auswertungen und Berichte.
- Beratung: Ihre Zuständigkeit umfasst die technische Betreuung der jeweiligen Anforderungen im Data Warehouse. Innerhalb des Bereiches Beschaffung und Disposition fungieren Sie als Anlaufstelle für datengetriebene Fragestellungen.
- Qualitätssicherung und Prozessoptimierung: Durch die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Berichte sowie die Unterstützung bei der Datenoptimierung tragen Sie zu einem qualitativ hochwertigen Berichtswesen bei. Sie schaffen somit die Grundlage für die Ausrichtung internationaler Prozesse.
- Projektmanagement: Bei übergeordneten Themenfelder agieren Sie als Hauptansprechpartner:in und definieren im Rahmen des Projektmanagements und diverser Arbeitskreise zukunftsfähige Standards für unser Berichtswesen.
