- You will take on the technical and organisational management of our IT Security department.
- You will ensure the information security of our client solutions and products and continuously develop these further.
- You will design and manage IT security measures for complex control centre systems.
- You will work closely with internal teams to plan and implement security-related requirements.
- You will be the main point of contact for our customers on all matters relating to information security.
- You will support audits and assessments in the regulatory environment, particularly in accordance with NIS and BSI IT-Grundschutz.
- You will play an active role in shaping the strategic development of our security portfolio and our security standards.

- Flow & Delivery Management: You manage and refine product delivery by focusing on a steady, ongoing and transparent flow of value. You use clearly defined policies to ensure high quality and a predictable output.
- Decisive Backlog Management: You prioritize the team backlog in Jira and make informed, timely decisions to keep the development team focused on the highest-impact outcomes.
- Cross-Team Synchronization: You actively connect with our Domain Leads to identify and resolve dependencies, ensuring seamless integration within the wider product ecosystem.

Own Tractive's end-to-end tracking across iOS, Android, and web — defining how Live Tracking, Virtual Fences, PSZs, and Health Monitoring are measured so teams can make decisions they trust Design and evolve our event taxonomy and KPI frameworks, ensuring every meaningful moment - an escape alert, a health alert, a subscription - is captured consistently and privacy-compliantly Implement and maintain web tracking using Google Tag Manager and JavaScript - instrumenting events, debugging, and ensuring reliable data collection in production Build scalable analytics assets in BigQuery, dbt, or similar tools that answer questions like "How does PSZ adoption affect retention?" or "What drives free-to-premium conversion?" Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end - from rethinking feature adoption measurement to building an experimentation framework for onboarding and core flows Own the tracking ecosystem - versioning, naming conventions, and QA gates - so the whole company speaks the same measurement language Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you'll never hear the phrase "...because that's how we've always done things" Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
