Head our Process Mining, Robotic Process Automation as well as Process Modelling & Documentation teams while improving business processes!
At Red Bull we make sure that our Business Processes are managed holistically across different departments from Sales to Operations including Supply Chain and Procurement through Finance. We provide clarity by documenting our processes in ARIS. We monitor our business processes in Celonis, leveraging Operational Apps to translate insights into execution, and further scale process automation and digitalization using Robotic Process Automation Solutions like UiPath, Intelligent Order Processing (ESKER) and more. As part of the Global Data Team based in our Headquarters in Salzburg, you will head up our Process Mining, Automation, Modelling & Documentation teams.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, deep cross functional process understanding, technical knowledge of process tools and technologies, and the ability to drive change and innovation while partnering with various departments and stakeholders across multiple countries, and diverse cultural contexts within the organisation.

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT
You'll develop a clear vision for your team and in alignment with our stakeholders and overall organisational goals and objectives. You’ll also set the direction for the continuous improvement of Process Modelling, Process Mining and Process Automation at Red Bull. Together with your sub-teams, you’ll implement a comprehensive strategy identifying opportunities in process management to streamline operations, improve consistency as well as efficiency, reduce costs and throughput times, enhancing quality as well as maturity.
You'll foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, select the right talents for your team when hiring, coach your team leaders and provide a learning and growth path to retain talent. In addition, you’ll lead a high-performing team by setting the right priorities and targets and providing feedback.
PROCESS MINING, PROCESS AUTOMATION, PROCESS MODELLING & PROCESS DOCUMENTATION
As a result-driven Head of Process Mining, Automation & Documentation, you'll ensure the set-up and further development of a framework to document business processes at Red Bull.
You’ll standardise the approach for process mapping and modelling using industry standard notations, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with business as well as legal compliance requirements. By managing our business process architecture, you’ll ensure that documentation is current for both newly developed and changed processes as well as the already established ones.
You'll drive the prioritisation and adoption of process mining solutions to conduct business process reviews to identify optimisation opportunities as well as risks based on quantitative process insights, forming the foundation for standardisation, transparency, and end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives.
Furthermore, you’ll oversee the identification, prioritisation and design of process automation solutions based on a robust framework assessing the right automation approach, calculating ROI and ensure a seamless integration into our existing process & system landscape taking governance and regulatory standards into consideration.
Additionally, you’ll drive the scalability of efficiency and automation solutions to support global implementation, ensuring consistency and adaptability across diverse regions and markets, translating insights into value-driven improvements together with stakeholders.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & BUDGET OWNERSHIP
You’ll provide directions for your team members for any project related escalation issues, whether time, scope, budget, resources or any other roadblocks that hinder them in successful project execution, ensuring that projects always develop towards our strategic objectives. You’ll manage dependencies on a program level and coordinate and align work packages and priorities with other departments. In addition, you’ll prepare project-related updates and decisions for steering meetings, decision boards and budget alignment meetings. You’ll plan and manage your budget for internal and external resources and engage with our external service providers.
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & MANAGEMENT
You'll collaborate with our global department heads as well as their directs and team members to promote, identify, prioritise and realise efficiency and automation opportunities. You'll communicate aligned strategies, plans, success stories and benefits to senior management and other stakeholders.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 15+ years of experience in departments such as Data, IT, Operations, Supply Chain or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in managing Teams.
- Master’s degree in Process Management, Business administration, Information System, Engineering or similar field.
- Budget management experience & Project management skills (Agile & Waterfall) are essential.
- Proven previous hands-on experience in business process management, process analysis, business process improvement, digital transformation or process management consulting is required.
- Familiarity with process tools (e.g. Celonis, UiPath, Power Automate, ARIS) and project management tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA, workfront) as well as related concepts.
- Advanced Level of Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and Business Applications (SAP S4HANA, SAP MDG, SAP BW, SAC, SAP BI-IP Planning, Ariba)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable business insights.
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences and change management capabilities.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 5,872 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
