RESPONSIBILITIES
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or sustainability roles, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, and knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4 is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with a “completer/finisher” mentality and experience in change management projects.
- An analytical mindset capable of identifying key issues and developing actionable strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting regulations, sustainability metrics, and industry best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Programming: know at least one of Python, SQL, R with the ability and willingness to learn the other two. Snowflake or Databricks knowledge is a plus.
- FMCG Knowledge: prior experience working at an FMCG company in a data or analytics focused role a plus.

- Sie unterstützen den CISO und das CISB der voestalpine und sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für divisionsübergreifende IT-Security-Projekte sowie für alle Fragen zum IT-Security-Projekt- und Portfoliomanagement
- Sie haben den Überblick über die Themen der IT-Security-Roadmap des CISB, stellen deren sukzessive Abarbeitung sicher und berichten den Status
- Sie formulieren Projekt- oder Umsetzungsanforderungen zu festgelegten IT-Security-Themen, koordinieren die Umsetzung oder leiten diese in Projekte über
- Sie unterstützen das Projektmanagement bei der Planung der Projektphasen, der Erstellung von Zeitplänen und dem Budget-Tracking
- Sie überwachen Projektfortschritte und stellen die frist- und anforderungsgerechte Aufgabenerledigung durch das Projektteam sicher
- Sie erstellen Unterlagen zur effektiven Kommunikation von Projektzielen, Fortschritten und Ergebnissen an das CISB bzw. die Projektauftraggeber:innen
- Sie organisieren CISB-Meetings (z.B. Koordination, Agenda, Time Management, Protokolle, Moderation, Task-Tracking, …) und bereiten Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das CISB
