Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick
Business Partnering: Sie tragen die Hauptverantwortung für ausgewählte Produktions- und Supply-Chain-Bereiche, inklusive Budgetplanung, Monitoring und Business Partnering. Controlling & Reporting: Sie sind mitverantwortlich für monatliche und quartalsweise Controlling- und Reporting-Prozesse, einschließlich der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern. KPI-Management: Sie berichten und analysieren Finanz-KPIs und stellen deren Genauigkeit und Qualität sicher. Die Rolle
- Matura/Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Logistik oder umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in einer internationalen O2C-Bereich, idealerweise in einem FMCG/CPG-Unternehmen
- Fließend Englisch, Deutsch ist von Vorteil
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA, JIRA, BI-Berichten und Microsoft Office

- At least 7 years of professional experience in the analytics field, preferably within an FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) environment
- Knowledge of SAP BW/BI/BW4HANA and SAP SAC is essential; familiarity with other databases (e.g., SAP BDC, Snowflake, Data Bricks) or front-end technologies (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus
- Interest in Supply Chain processes and data sets in the context of reporting, analytics, and planning
- Experience in managing projects, delivering and rolling out applications, as well as in running applications and managing their lifecycle for changes and enhancements
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, paired with a collaborative and proactive mindset, agility, and adaptability to changing circumstances
- Self-motivated team player with good communication skills in English (German is a plus), performance-driven, and result-oriented

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a data professional (e.g. data engineer, data scientist) or in a business/IT consulting position
- Strong and proven knowledge in SQL and database cloud solutions, ideally Snowflake, combined with proficiency in standard data architecture design and modelling.
- Expertise in using Python and Git/Github is expected; familiarity with PySpark and Snowpark will be a strong plus
- Experience in creating interactive web apps (e.g., using Streamlit or RShiny) and knowledge of business intelligence tools like Tableau and Power BI are beneficial
