- Betreuung und laufende Aktualisierung unseres integrierten Managementsystems (IMS), inklusive Dokumentenpflege, Prozessdarstellung und Vorlagenmanagement
- Koordination von Maßnahmen, Verwaltung von Nachweisen sowie Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits
- Sicherstellung korrekter Versionierung, Berechtigungsverwaltung und Systempflege
- Erstellung von Auswertungen, Übersichten und Präsentationen zur Unterstützung des Managements
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen zur strukturierten Abbildung und Optimierung von Prozessen
- Operative Unterstützung der Führungskraft im Reporting, in Projekten und im Maßnahmenmanagement

- Schadwagen-Management: Du stimmst dich mit der Dispo ab, wenn beschädigte Wagen aus dem Verkehr genommen und instandgesetzt werden müssen und sorgst dafür, dass alles organisiert abläuft.
- Einarbeitung: Es erwartet dich eine umfassende Einarbeitung und Unterstützung in allen Belangen
- Abwechslung: Du hast eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit laufenden Dienstreisen zu den Rail-Hotspots.
