- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten IT Bereich oder gleichwertige praktische Erfahrung
- 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle im IT-Projektmanagement
- Kenntnisse im E-Commerce-Prozess sind von Vorteil
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch ist ein Plus
- Kenntnisse oder Erfahrung mit SAP Commerce oder Shopware sind von Vorteil
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, außergewöhnliche Problemlösungs- und Konfliktmanagementfähigkeiten
- Lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, gemeinsam im Team Dinge voranzutreiben und Ziel zu erreichen

RESPONSIBILITIES
- High proficiency in guitar or bass, with solid pedagogical and didactic knowledge (teaching experience is a plus)
- Strong command of music notation software; experience in audio and video production
- Creativity and precision in developing learning paths, exercises, and musical content
- Experience engaging with communities (workshops, rehearsals, social media) and identifying trends
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to integrate user feedback into product and content development

RESPONSIBILITIES
- High level of proficiency in at least one of the two instruments (keys or voice) with strong practical musicianship
- Solid didactic and pedagogical knowledge, ideally supported by experience as an instrumental or vocal teacher
- Confident use of music notation software and experience with audio and video recording
- Experience engaging with young people in workshops, lessons, or rehearsals, and openness to shaping social media formats and identifying trends within the community
- Strong team orientation, high standards of quality and attention to detail, and ability to strategically incorporate user feedback into product and content development
