Junior Expert – Business Development and Scientific Communication (all genders)
- Independent execution of assigned communication tasks with growing autonomy
- Responsible for communication and dissemination of results for European and National projects
- Creating presentations and materials for customer acquisition
- Support Business Development activities, develop and upkeep Division Customer Database
- Acting as a scientific communication partner for all research unit heads
- Acting as a representative for SALs internal Doctoral College and support all administrative processes involved
- Co-Representing SAL and the division at fairs, conferences, and industry events
- Contributing to internal and external visibility (social media, networking, events, vendor management)
- Volunteering for cross-functional roles (e.g. buddy programmes, auditors, first aid)

- Du führst das standortübergreifende Team HR Systems & Payroll (4 Direct Reports) und förderst die fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung
- Du stellst mit deinem Team eine effiziente und qualitativ hochwertige Payroll sicher – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern und übernimmst ggf. auch einen Abrechnungsteil
- Mit deinem Team verantwortest du unser HR-Kernsystem Workday und unser Payroll/Zeit- System Infoniqa als Key User – von Administration über Customizing bis zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung
- Du treibst die Digitalisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer HR-Prozesse und Systemlandschaft voran
- Du steuerst Schnittstellen zwischen HR, IT und externen Partnern und sorgst für ein reibungsloses Zusammenspiel aller Systeme
- Du entwickelst unsere Zeitwirtschaft und Payroll-Prozesse laufend weiter und hebst Automatisierungspotenziale
- Du koordinierst den HR-Part in der gruppenweiten Personalbudgetierung, fungierst als Schnittstelle zum Controlling und lieferst die Datenbasis dazu
- Du übernimmst die Erstellung und Abrechnung von Zielvereinbarungen
