RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years of experience as a communications/public relations professional in communications, PR, marketing, media-led companies, or a professional motorsports environment.
- A deep understanding of and interest in motorsports, along with a strong understanding of the global media landscape and current media trends.
- A proven track record of securing brand reach and engagement through earned media amplification.
- Proven experience in leading teams within a fast-paced, international, and creative environment.
- The ability to think strategically about positioning media initiatives to ensure message pull-through to target audiences via earned media.
- A team player mentality who knows how to get the work done, is adaptive, well-organized, motivated, and open-minded.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- High proficiency in guitar or bass, with solid pedagogical and didactic knowledge (teaching experience is a plus)
- Strong command of music notation software; experience in audio and video production
- Creativity and precision in developing learning paths, exercises, and musical content
- Experience engaging with communities (workshops, rehearsals, social media) and identifying trends

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years' experience in the podcast industry.
- Production experience on successful podcast/vodcast production
- Strategy and Benchmarking, identifying trends and scoping out opportunities in the audio landscape.
- Able to support and provide consultation to local markets and all entities on their audio needs and ambitions.
- Have a good network within the audio space, including production companies, networks, marketing & PR, hosts, and platforms. Ability to foster and build relationships.
- Ability to represent audio and consult in the area to the wider business (e.g. partnerships, advertising, branding, platforms, distribution).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 6+ years of FMCG/consumer goods experience, ideally in Revenue Management, Key Account Management or Distribution Partner management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Exposure and understanding of commercial topics, the Profit & Loss, and key drivers of business targets
- Proven experience in working with large data sets in a commercial context and converting these into clear and concise insights and recommendations
- IT affinity to further drive and develop revenue management tools within Red Bull IT landscape, Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Project management affinity with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results
