RESPONSIBILITIES
- Law degree: European law degree; if German law degree, I. and II. State Exam (“Volljurist”), Post-graduate degree (e.g. LL.M) is of advantage
- Min. 3 years relevant working experience within media law-related topics and related legal areas such as telecommunication and digital laws, e-commerce, accessibility law etc.
- Profound knowledge in civil law and a keen sense of legal contexts
- Interest and ability to analyze new legal developments
- Ability and interest in setting up and coordinating legal projects
- Pro-active approach and solution-driven attitude

- Sie sind Ansprechpartner:in für rechtliche und aufsichtsrechtliche Themen zu Kapitalmarkt, Investmentfondsgesetz und WAG.
- Sie tätigen Kontrollen im Rahmen der Verwahrstelle und Depotbankfunktion für unsere Kapitalanlagegesellschaft KAG.
- Sie unterstützen die Team- und Abteilungsleitung in rechtlichen Belangen.
- Sie kommunizieren intern und extern mit relevanten Fachbereichen, Behörden und KAG.

- Min. 2 years relevant working legal experience, gained at a big consulting firm, law firm, and/or in-house
- Profound knowledge in civil law and a keen sense for legal contexts
- Interest and ability to analyze new technologies and innovative products from a legal perspective
- Strong problem-solving skills and legal judgment, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively toward solutions.
- Highly adaptable and service-oriented attitude, with the ability to handle pressure and provide thoughtful recommendations.
