- Administration, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Jira und Confluence Enterprise Cloud Instanzen sowie unserer Atlassian Organization (Guard Standard)
- Unterstützung der Nutzer:innen bei der Anwendung von Jira & Confluence, inkl. Schulungen, Beratung und Best Practices
- Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Spaces, Berechtigungen und Automations in Confluence & Jira
- Konfiguration und Integration von Atlassian Marketplace Apps (Xray, BigPicture, Jira Workflow Toolbox etc.)
- Sicherstellung von Compliance, Berechtigungskonzepten, Sicherheitsrichtlinien sowie Nutzerverwaltung
- Monitoring, Troubleshooting und Koordination von Umsetzungspartner:innen
- Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Atlassian-Landschaft (z. B. Skalierung, Migrationen, Governance)

- Systemverantwortung & Betreuung für Jira, Confluence und angrenzende Plattformen in der Produktentwicklung
- Prozessgestaltung & -optimierung innerhalb der digitalen PM‑Tools inkl. Sicherstellung der Governance und Richtlinien und Templates
- User- & Teammanagement: Rollen, Berechtigungen, Support und Nutzeradministration
- Weiterentwicklung der kollaborativen Zusammenarbeit projektübergreifender Teams
- Schulung & Support der Mitarbeitenden in der Anwendung der Systeme
- Engineering Requests (SAP S/4HANA) prüfen, vorbewerten sowie Monitoring und Dokumentation aller offenen/abgeschlossenen ERs
- Stakeholder-Kommunikation & Zusammenarbeit mit Value Engineering, Ownern, Key Usern und Engineering

Own Tractive's end-to-end tracking across iOS, Android, and web — defining how Live Tracking, Virtual Fences, PSZs, and Health Monitoring are measured so teams can make decisions they trust Design and evolve our event taxonomy and KPI frameworks, ensuring every meaningful moment - an escape alert, a health alert, a subscription - is captured consistently and privacy-compliantly Implement and maintain web tracking using Google Tag Manager and JavaScript - instrumenting events, debugging, and ensuring reliable data collection in production Build scalable analytics assets in BigQuery, dbt, or similar tools that answer questions like "How does PSZ adoption affect retention?" or "What drives free-to-premium conversion?"
